The Samsung Retail Mode is the virtual reality experience that lets you interact with the store by using the device. It gives you the chance to experience the features of the new device. You can also play games, view videos, and get interactive tutorials to learn more about the new features. Once you have experienced the Retail Mode, you can switch back to your regular viewing experience. You can also turn off the Retail-mode at any time by going to Backup Storage - Backup Options -> Settings > Reset Phone
When the retail mode is enabled, a system dialog appears and asks you if you want to continue or quit. You can choose to exit or continue the session. If you choose to exit the session, the current user will be killed and a new user will be created. The screen will cycle through the original video. If you don't like the preview, you can turn off the Retail-mode by performing a factory reset.
To exit the Retail-mode, you must first remove the charger from your Samsung tablet. To do so, locate the small hole in the side of your device. Hold the power button and push the internal button. After that, you need to turn off the screen by holding down the power button. Once you've done this, plug the charger back in and start using your new phone. You will no longer experience the annoying Samsung Retail-Mode annoyance.
